WhiteSoul.in focuses ensuring Customer satisfaction after post-purchase behavior, this return and “Return and Refund Policy” set out once a Product has been delivered to a Customer after purchase from the Portal i.e. www.whitesoul.in , Any return of Products by Customers shall be governed by and subject to the terms and conditions described under this Return and Refund Policy.
If a Customer is not happy with the purchased Products on portal WhiteSoul.in, or if there are defects and deficiencies found in the Product by Customer itself, a Customer may initiate a request for returning the Product on the Portal. The Customer shall initiate such requests for a return not later than 15 (Fifteen) days from the date on which he/she received the delivery of the Product.
The Customer will be required to produce a copy of the original invoice at the time of placing a request for return or exchange of the Product. The Customer make assure that the Product(s) being returned comply with the conditions set out under this Return and Refund Policy and are, among other conditions, unused, unwashed, with price tags intact, all packaging material undamaged and unused.
WhiteSoul reserves the right to alter and enforce this Return and Refund Policy at any time without having to serve a prior notice on the Customers.
A Customer is allowed to fully or partially cancel orders prior to initiate the dispatch process from WHITESOUL.IN. Upon successfully placing an order on the Platforms and after WHITESOUL.IN has successfully handed over the Product(s) to its Logistic Partner, the Customer will receive a unique tracking identity number, which will enable the Customer in tracking the status of delivery of the purchased Products. Prior to the dispatch of the purchased Products, should the Customer decide to cancel the purchase, the Customer can do so by referencing the unique tracking identity number received by the Customer and requesting WHITESOUL.IN to process a cancellation by sending an email to info@WhiteSoul.in . In all events of cancellation, prior to the dispatch of the purchased Products
WHITESOUL.IN shall initiate the refund process within 2 (two) business days from the date on which it received the request from the Customer. The refund will reflect in the Customer’s bank account and/or the Customer’s store credit within such reasonable time (subject to the policies of the Customer’s bank in case of bank account/credit card refunds) from the date on which WHITESOUL.IN initiates the refund.
*All refunds, except for refund to store credit, shall be subject to applicable charges as may be deducted by the Customer’s bank.
If a Customer has purchased Products in a promotional package (Offers by WhiteSoul.in), the Customer shall be required to return all the Products that comes under those Offers Promoted by WhiteSoul.in.
For instance, if the Customer has purchased a Sneaker and a pair of Belts/Wallet as 1 (one) Product in a promotional package, the Customer will be required to return both the Products and the Belts/Wallet and will not be permitted to return either only the Sneaker or only the Belt/Wallet.
Return of or refund for purchased Products will not be entertained by WHITESOUL.IN, if:
- The Product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort. If WHITESOUL.IN is satisfied that the Product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort, WHITESOUL.IN shall reserve the right to reject the return of the Product,
- The serial number/IMEI number/bar code of the Product, as applicable, does not match WHITESOUL.IN’s records;
- The Product has been Washed, Polished or get used any Cleaning Material which doesn’t suit our product material.
- The price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories have been damaged or discarded by the Customer;
- There are any dents, scratches, tears or any other damage to the Products or any part thereof;
- IN is satisfied that the Product has been rendered defective or unusable.
WHITESOUL.IN shall initiate a process of refund of the money paid by the Customer towards purchase of a Product, if upon conducting quality checks, it is satisfied that the Product being returned entitles the Customer to a refund. It is further clarified that the WHITESOUL.IN shall not be required to make any refund in respect of any Product that it deems ineligible for a refund based on such quality checks.
It is expressly clarified that the refund entitled to by a Customer shall not include money paid towards shipping charges or any other such charges applicable from time to time, except in case of a Product having a defect at the time of delivery (for reasons attributable to, and accepted by WHITESOUL.IN after due verification at its sole discretion).
WHITESOUL.IN shall, subject to the satisfactory completion of required quality checks on the returned Products, initiate a refund request. If the request for refund is undisputed by WHITESOUL.IN, the refund should reflect in the Customer’s bank account and/or the Customer’s store credit within such reasonable time (subject to the policies of the Customer’s bank in case of bank account/credit card refunds) from the date on which WHITESOUL.IN initiates the refund.
Refunds shall be processed by WHITESOUL.IN through its normal banking channels except in cases where a Customer had utilized existing store credit for purchase of Products or opted for the cash on delivery option. Where a Customer had utilized existing store credit or the cash on delivery option for payment towards the purchased Products, WHITESOUL.IN shall process all refunds into the Customer’s store credit. Further, should the Customer have used more than 1 (one) payment option for the purchase of Products on the Platforms, WHITESOUL.IN shall process all refunds through a Payment Option (as defined in the Fee, Payment and Promotions Policy) WHITESOUL.IN deems fit, in its sole discretion, to process such refunds. Once the amount is refunded as store credit to a Customer’s WHITESOUL.IN account, it cannot be further refunded to any other bank account or as cash, and would continue to remain in the Customer’s WHITESOUL.IN account until exhausted for shopping on the Platforms.
For instance, if a Customer purchases Sneaker worth INR 2600, and pays INR 1000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand) for the purchase of such Product using available store credit, and the remaining INR 1600 through his credit card, and such amount is to be refunded pursuant to the refund criteria set out under this Return and Refund Policy being met, then WHITESOUL.IN may choose to refund, at its sole discretion, INR 1000(Indian Rupees One thousand) to such Customer’s store credit account and the remaining INR 1600(Indian Rupees Sixteen hundred) to the Customer’s credit card source account, or both the amounts only as store credit.
Return of purchased Products are facilitated through WHITESOUL.IN’s reverse-logistics partners. Upon a Customer making a request for return of Product on the Platforms and the same being duly acknowledged by WHITESOUL.IN.
WHITESOUL.IN’s reverse-logistics partners shall get in touch with the Customer in order to collect the purchased Products from the Customer and delivering it to WHITESOUL.IN. While WHITESOUL.IN has made reasonable endeavours to ensure delivery and pick-ups across multiple locations in India.
Currently, WHITESOUL.IN has a selected list of areas where deliveries and collection can be undertaken by its reverse-logistics partners. In events where WHITESOUL.IN is unable to facilitate a pick-up of the purchased Product for return from the Customer, the Customer is required to self-ship the Product to WHITESOUL.IN’s warehouse. Upon self-shipping the Product to WHITESOUL.IN’s warehouse, the Customer shall be required to scan the courier/postal receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org for WHITESOUL.IN’s records. Wherever the Customer is required to self-ship the purchased Product,
WHITESOUL.IN will credit a sum of 200 store credits to the Customer’s WHITESOUL.IN account. The aforesaid credit is subject to the returned Products passing quality check at WHITESOUL.IN’s returns desk/warehouse. The address of WHITESOUL.IN’s warehouse is:

Customer claims to have self-shipped the Product in accordance with the set rule and WHITESOUL.IN does not receive the returned Product or the package containing such Product is empty, the Customer shall be required to submit the ‘proof of delivery’ received from the courier/postal agency to WHITESOUL.IN to prove his/her claim of return of Products through self-shipment to WHITESOUL.IN. It is specifically clarified that any refunds or exchange shall be processed by WHITESOUL.IN only upon it receiving the returned Products and concluding required quality checks or receiving the ‘proof of delivery’ from the Customer, as the case may be.
